Mike Karsonovich is an Investor and Advisor within the Healthcare and Industrial Markets. Most recently Mike served as CEO of StatLab Medical Products(SLMP) a market leader in Pre-Analytical Anatomic Pathology and a Portfolio Company of the Audax Group and Linden Capital, where Mike served as an Operating Advisor for 3 years prior to the acquisition of SLMP. Prior to joining SLMP, Mike served as the President and CEO of ElectroCraft, Inc. a fractional horsepower electric motor and motion solutions company serving customers within Healthcare and Industrial Markets, for over 7 years. Prior to joining ElecroCraft, Mike served as Vice President and General Manager for the Temperature Control(TC) and Slides and Specialty Glass(SSG) Business Units of Thermo Fisher Scientific. Mike also served as the VP of Marketing and Sourcing for the Fisher HealthCare Division of Thermo Fisher prior to his General Management experience. Mike is a proven Executive with experience in Sales, Marketing, Operations and General Management. Prior to his time at Thermo Fisher, Mike held Sales and Marketing positions of increasing responsibility with PTC, Inc. and the Diagnostics Division of Abbott Laboratories. Prior to entering the Civilian Sector, Mike served as an Infantry and Mortar Platoon Leader in the 1st Batallion, 12th Infantry of the 4th Infantry Division while being stationed at Fort Carson in Colorado Springs, CO. Mike holds a BS from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from Syracuse University. Mike resides in New Hampshire with his wife Amy and their youngest of 4 children, Madeline.
As COO, Anna plays a core leadership role at the binx health UK site, and is responsible for over-seeing and coordinating all technical product development activities. She leads in the expansion of the product menu, evolving the company’s technology vision and strategy, as well as exploring novel applications of our core technology. Anna joined the company in 2007 and has extensive experience and expertise in molecular product development spanning early phase feasibility, reagent formulation and integration through to late phase development and verification. Under her leadership she has driven the company’s first product to enter US clinical trial for regulatory approval. Anna spent the early part of her career working in forensic science and in genetics research before obtaining a PhD in Human Genetics from the University of Oxford.

Jeff has served as CEO of multiple life science companies in emerging healthcare markets with both public and private venture-backed companies. Prior to binx health, Jeff served as President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director of Good Start Genetics, a commercial stage provider of advanced genetic testing in reproductive health, with operations in all fifty states in the US. Under Jeff’s leadership, the company grew testing volumes by double digits, established transformative industry partnerships, and led the company’s successful sale to Invitae Corp. (NYSE: NVTA) in August 2017. Prior to Good Start, Jeff co-founded SynapDx, Corp., a venture-backed developer of blood-based testing solutions for the early detection of autism. From 2002 to 2009 Jeff held numerous leadership roles with EXACT Sciences Corp., ultimately serving as its President, CEO, and Director where he led the company’s early commercial roll-out and won medical society endorsements for the company’s technologies, providing a strong platform for the company’s rapid growth and a transformative, high value partnership with Genzyme Corp. in 2009. Jeff has served on numerous boards of directors of both public and private companies and earned his Juris Doctor and MBA from Suffolk University.
Christoph Broja is a Partner at EQT Life Sciences, where he plays a key role in the firm’s investment strategy and portfolio management within the biotech and healthcare sectors. Since joining EQT in 2022, Christoph has served on the Board of Directors of several portfolio companies, including Cardior (sold to Novo Nordisk), and Tubulis. Prior to joining EQT, Mr. Broja was a Principal at Gurnet Point Capital in Boston, where he worked on a range of healthcare investments, focusing on innovative life sciences companies. Christoph began his career as an investment analyst at private equity firm Franz Haniel & Cie. in Germany, gaining foundational experience in private equity. He holds a degree in Business Administration and is a CFA Charterholder.
Stanley founded EXACT Sciences and served as its CEO and Chairman until 2006. Since commercial introduction of the company’s Cologuard test for non-invasive, early detection of colorectal cancer, EXACT has been the most rapidly growing company in the history of the diagnostics industry. Prior to EXACT Sciences, Stanley was founder and CEO of Cytyc Corp prior to its acquisition by Hologic for $6.2 billion. He is the principal inventor of Cytyc’s ThinPrep Pap test, which revolutionized screening for cervical cancer and now accounts for approximately 80% of the world market for cervical cancer screening. Stanley was also the founder and CEO of SynapDx and Helicos Biosciences. Currently, Stanley serves as a director to a number of public and private medical device and diagnostics companies, and he was an instructor at MIT from 2001 to 2017. Stanley is a seasoned innovator holding 36 U.S. patents. He was elected as a Fellow of the American Institute of Medical and Biological Engineering in 2013 for his work on the early detection of cancer. Stanley graduated from Cooper Union in New York City with a BS degree in electrical engineering.
Mr. Goldman is Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Hildred Capital Management. Mr. Goldman previously served as Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer of Hildred Capital Partners, where he was responsible for overseeing Hildred’s capital allocation and day-to-day investing activities. Since joining Hildred in 2015, Mr. Goldman, in concert with Mr. Solomon, has overseen the management of the entire Hildred private equity portfolio. Mr. Goldman currently serves on the Board of Directors for Project Natural, a leading supplier of natural therapeutic consumer healthcare products; and DermCare, a dermatology practice management company; and he is currently the Chairman of the Board of SportsMed, a physical therapy practice management company. Mr. Goldman is also a Director of Crown Laboratories, a premier dermatology, aesthetic and skincare product business; and a Board Observer of Kareo, a provider of an integrated software platform for independent physician practices. Prior to joining Hildred, Mr. Goldman was a founding Partner in Priam Capital, a fundless sponsor with a series of private equity partnerships focused on investments in the financial services and banking sectors. Prior to joining Priam, Mr. Goldman was a strategic advisor to Saxon Strategic Funds, a hedge fund focused on active trading strategies. Prior to his work in finance, Mr. Goldman served as a Senior Advisor to Senator Joseph R. Biden III until his inauguration as Vice President of the United States in early 2009. Mr. Goldman received his B.A. from the University of Delaware and his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Still’s background includes 36 years of experience in medical devices and diagnostics. Tim has been a CEO and Board member at numerous medical technology companies and has extensive experience in designing and implementing highly focused commercial and business development strategies within both large and small companies. Tim has been directly responsible for building the commercial viability at all his previous companies – 6 of which have been successfully acquired (> $1.4 B in proceeds). He is currently working with several med-tech private equity groups and venture capital firms which are evaluating investment opportunities in diagnostics, life science tools, medical devices, and digital health. He is a part-time Operating Advisor with REVIVAL Healthcare and currently serves on four boards of medical technology companies. Mr. Still has a master’s degree in business administration (Dean’s Scholar) from the University of Southern California, and a Bachelor of Science degree (Highest Honors) from the University of California at Davis.
