The Position:

Reporting directly to the VP, Enterprise Sales the Director, Enterprise Sales will be tasked with the execution and successful achievement of the enterprise sales objectives and strategies to promote the widespread use of the binx health io system, cartridges, and consumables across multiple customer verticals.

This role will focus on building, progressing, contracting, and implementing large account opportunities in support of the overall enterprise sales strategy. The Director will be held accountable to key metrics including targeting, pipeline, bookings, and revenue and collaborate with the VP, Enterprise Sales to ensure that growth goals with enterprise customers are met or exceeded.

The Director, Enterprise Sales will be a solutions-oriented sales consultant adept at establishing partnerships and strategic business relationships through interfacing directly with key decision-makers, upper management, and members of the C-suite across our targeted point-of-care enterprise accounts. This position will also be able to successfully navigate and support key Distribution partners in specific territories and accounts.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible and accountable for goal achievement and revenue growth for the assigned enterprise segment through a strategic approach to netting new opportunities along with maximizing upselling and cross selling in existing client partnerships alongside our Regional Sales Directors.
  • Accountable for the strategic planning and tactical execution necessary to meet revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction goals while managing the sales of binx health POC product line.
  • Establish and maintain key senior executive professional relationships within enterprise accounts; to quickly understand customer needs and build compelling and distinctive solutions that drive value and customer loyalty.
  • Serve as executive liaison between binx health and key enterprise customers and manage overall business relationships for binx health.
  • Own primary accountability for building strong enterprise customer relationships; actively engage in business planning discussions with enterprise clients to stay informed of any changes to the client’s business strategy and product needs.
  • Model a solution-selling approach that leads to higher-level relationships through rigorous opportunity and account planning with enterprise customers.
  • Act as the voice of the customer for enterprise accounts and ensure proper customer service levels are maintained and customer expectations are exceeded; function as the senior liaison for enterprise accounts as it relates to sales, solutions, implementation, and delivery; escalate and resolve issues as appropriate.
  • Model and maintain best practices in sales and customer experience; showcase what exceptional looks like both internally and externally.
  • Ensure key customer, competitive, and market information is captured internally and communicated to appropriate functional departments.
  • Assess and quantify market and product opportunities and develop customer segmentation analysis.
  • Meet or exceed the annual objectives for enterprise accounts in your outlined territory and/or accounts; by developing and executing business plans that incorporate account specific strategies and knowledge of industry drivers.
  • Conduct Business Reviews for internal and exterior customers on a quarterly basis; ensure that contracts are properly executed and projects managed to client expectations.
  • Create win-win proposals and solutions in highly complex environments.
  • Create, develop and leverage senior leadership relationships.
  • Manage internal relationships across entire binx health value chain to support enterprise accounts.
  • Support our Distribution partners in designated territories & accounts to increase our enterprise sales pipeline & assist them in closing enterprise deals.
  • Other internal projects & tasks may be assigned at manager’s discretion.

 

Education, Experience and Demonstrated Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant healthcare or business field.
  • Seasoned enterprise, corporate accounts, national accounts, & large account management (5+ yrs) with experience in the development and implementation of successful customer solution strategies.
  • Proven track record of success in key commercial roles of increasing responsibility in corporate, national, or enterprise accounts and a track record of meeting and/or exceeding revenue and profit targets.
  • Experience working with and/or supporting Distribution Partners is preferred.
  • Fluent in sales measurements and KPIs that drive sales performance including lead generation, pipeline building, forecasting, bookings to billings ratios, etc.
  • Experience selling and negotiating at the executive level in complex sales cycles to B2B clients with a proven track record of success; ability to navigate across large organizations and effectively work through ambiguity.
  • Experience in companies that develop, market, and sell POC Diagnostics and/or CLIA waived solutions is a plus.
  • Experience selling/contracting capital equipment and consumables preferred.
  • Results-oriented; focused on driving key results with urgency to move opportunities quickly to close.
  • Creative prospecting and consultative selling skills; expert at opportunity qualification.
  • Compelling communicator; strong presentation and written communication competencies; exceptional ability to showcase complex solutions and business case frameworks.
  • Experience in comprehending and delivering ROI/ Business Case metrics.
  • Advanced proficiency in SalesForce, Excel and forecast generation.
  • A collaborative attitude that is creative, resourceful, supportive, and drives internal team building to get the right people involved at the right time to produce the best outcomes.
  • Global outlook: ability to operate in a global business with appreciation for diversity and cultural differences.
  • Experience within a start-up environment with a focus on agility is a plus!
