The Position

We are looking for a Point of Care Regional Sales Director to join our team. If you have a passion for improving patient healthcare and are interested in working for a global market leader, we encourage you to learn more about this role. As a POC Regional Sales Director, you will interface directly with key decision-makers, upper management, and members of the C-suite across our targeted point-of-care market verticals delivering solutions that produce both improved clinical outcomes and quality of care for patients. Using a consultative, value-driven sales approach this role is responsible for placing the binx health point-of-care io system and rapidly growing test cartridge revenue across the POC Regional Sales Director’s assigned geographic territory.

Responsibilities

• Targeting regional accounts to build commercial traction through placements of the binx health CLIA Waived io systems providing an onsite CT/NG testing solution to OBGYNs, STI Clinics, Student Health, Urgent Care, Emergency Departments, Community Health Centers, & Primary Care Facilities
• Generate business opportunities through professional networking, national/regional trade shows, and cold calling
• Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas
• Educate potential clients on our products and address any questions or concerns
• Analyze sales statistics, prepare reports, and perform required administrative sales duties (filing expense reports, scheduling appointments, and making travel plans)
• Own the sales cycle from lead generation to closure
• Develop a strategic territory business plan based on thorough market research
• Maintain account and opportunity forecasting within Salesforce.com
• Generate leads from tradeshows and regional networking events
• Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and retention through follow-up
• Collect and study information about new and existing products while monitoring competitor sales, prices, and new product offerings

Education, Experience, and Demonstrated Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent sales experience
• 5+ years of outside medical device/molecular enterprise sales experience
• Experience selling/contracting capital equipment, reagents, and consumables
• Point-of-care CLIA waived system and cartridge sales experience strongly preferred
• Consistent, proven achievement of QOQ and YOY quota attainment
• Creative prospecting and consultative selling skills
• Experience selling to the C-suite and other high-level decision-makers
• Compelling communicator that is competitive and hungry for success
• Experience in comprehending and delivering ROI/ Business Case metrics
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Forecast Generation
• Expertise in Microsoft product suite and Salesforce.com preferred
• A collaborative attitude that is both resourceful and coachable
• Self-starter that acts with a sense of urgency
