The Position

The Director of Market Access is a fully remote position that will report directly to the Vice President of Business Development & Market Access. You will be joining a fast-paced, challenging, and highly collaborative environment, where every voice is heard, and every perspective valued. You will be responsible for current and future strategic account initiatives including but not limited to new opportunity assessment, existing accounts, and program management, select conference/meeting attendance, select contracting relationships and execution, and capturing all customer feedback to ensure opportunistic learnings for binx everywhere care and io business lines now and in the future.


  • Manage current US strategic accounts for the binx io and binx everywhere products including payers, employers, health systems, and others
  • Assess potential programs, partnerships, or collaborations with strategic accounts within BD and Market Access verticals
  • Create proposals for key BD, employer, and payer opportunities based on customer needs keeping in mind optimal return and revenue opportunities for binx
  • Work cross-functionally with Product Development, Customer Service, Customer Support, and Sales to provide feedback from existing customers and potential customers to ensure a growing commercial pipeline
  • Develop and execute succinct value propositions across all verticals including information on pricing, rebates, coding, and coverage when applicable
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, QA, and Regulatory to develop presentations and other necessary customer-facing tools, ensuring the appropriate value proposition and message for each
  • Manage select vendor relationships for BD and/or market access needs to further develop vendor management skill set and budgeting capabilities
  • Record all outreach, meetings, proposals, and other milestones in SalesForce to ensure accurate tracking for the Executive team
  • Make long-lasting customer relationships for binx around both everywhere care and io product offerings
  • Attend select BD & market access/payer conferences, meetings, symposiums
  • Potential to design and manage a budget across certain BD and Market Access verticals
  • Other duties as assigned

Education, Experience, and Demonstrated Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree required (may consider years’ experience in lieu of degree)
  • Significant proven experience in the program development, product management, BD, Government programs, or Market Access space
  • Strong, customer service mindset
  • Positive in nature and solution-focused
  • Proven experience successfully developing and executing projects and/or programs
  • Highly collaborative in nature
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Strong ability to multitask and shift priorities swiftly
  • Ability to travel (give a percentage here and add domestic regions if you can)
