Business Development & Market Access Associate

The Position

The Business Development & Market Access Associate is a fully remote position that will report directly to the Vice President of Business Development & Market Access. You will be joining a fast-paced, challenging, and highly collaborative environment, where every voice is heard, and every perspective valued. You will own business development (BD) and market access research and opportunity assessment, select conference/meeting attendance, select contracting relationships and execution, and capture all customer feedback to ensure opportunistic learnings for binx digital and io business lines now and in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Perform extensive background research for payers, health systems, departments of health, and BD customers/partners
  • Create proposals for key BD and payer opportunities based on customer needs and optimal return for binx
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing to develop presentations and other necessary customer-facing tools, ensuring the appropriate value proposition and message for each
  • Manage specific contracting relationships to grow contract and contract management skill set
  • Manage select vendor relationships for BD and/or market access needs to further develop vendor management skill set and budgeting capabilities
  • Record all outreach, meetings, proposals, and other milestones in SalesForce to ensure accurate tracking for the Executive team
  • Make long-lasting customer relationships for binx around both everywhere care and io product offerings
  • Attend required BD & market access/payer conferences, meetings, symposiums
  • Manage conference registration, logistics, and set-up for all BD & Market Access conferences, working with cross-functional partners to ensure efficiency and eliminate duplication of effort
  • Other duties as assigned

Education, Experience, and Demonstrated Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 0-2 years experience in the BD, Market Access, or Managed Care field
  • Customer-focused and friendly attitude
  • Proven experience performing and organizing customer research
  • Highly collaborative in nature
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Strong ability to multitask and shift priorities swiftly
