The Position

We are looking for a Strategic Director of National Accounts to join our team. If you have a passion for improving consumer healthcare and are interested in working for a global market leader, we encourage you to learn more about this role. As a Director of National Accounts, you will connect directly with members of the C-suite and other key decision makers across the commercial health plan segment to provide solutions that produce clinical outcomes and improve quality of care for consumers. Using a value driven sales model centered on highlighting tangible value for our clients, this Strategic Director of National Accounts will secure new business by developing/targeting named accounts and by using a consultative sales approach to drive consumer health success.

 

Responsibilities

  • Create and target a list of national accounts to build commercial traction in the digital STI and COVID space. This includes Urgent Care Centers, Primary Care Facilities, Universities etc.
  • Generate business opportunities through professional networking and cold-calling
  • Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas
  • Educate potential clients on our products and address any questions or concerns
  • Analyze sales statistics, prepare reports, and perform required administrative sales duties (filing expense reports, scheduling appointments, and making travel plans)
  • Own the sales cycle from lead generation to closure
  • Develop a strategic territory business plan based on thorough market research
  • Maintain account and opportunity forecasting within Salesforce
  • Generate leads from tradeshows and regional networking events
  • Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and retention through follow-u
  • Collect and study information about new and existing products while monitoring competitor sales, prices and new product offerings

 

Education, Experience, and Demonstrated Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent sales experience
  • 5 + years of outside medical device/molecular enterprise sales experience
  • Digital health and care management workflow sales experience strongly preferred
  • Consistent, proven achievement of QOQ and YOY quota attainment, and at least $1.5M in new revenue
  • Experience selling to the C-suite and other high-level decision-makers
  • Experience in comprehending and delivering ROI/ Business Case metrics
  • Advanced proficiency in excel and forecast generation
  • Expertise in Microsoft product suite and Salesforce preferred
  • Creative prospecting and consultative selling skills
  • Compelling communicator that is competitive and hungry for success
  • A collaborative, win-as-a-team attitude that is resourceful and coachable
  • Candidates will create a business plan and present it in the final round of interviews, which will include a named accounts list and approach to generating organic growth
