The Position
The Customer Support Specialist reports initially to the Director of Customer Support.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Maintain accurate entries within the customer support platform and CRM
- Taking on other tasks or projects to support employees, other managers, and support operations

Qualifications
- Experience working in a call center performing customer service duties.
- Experience with a customer support platform (Zendesk a huge plus)
- Daily communication with customers so strong communication skills are required
