The Position

The Customer Support Specialist reports initially to the Director of Customer Support.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Maintain accurate entries within the customer support platform and CRM
  • Taking on other tasks or projects to support employees, other managers, and support operations

Qualifications
  • Experience working in a call center performing customer service duties.
  • Experience with a customer support platform (Zendesk a huge plus)
  • Daily communication with customers so strong communication skills are required
